I've had one white girl do my hair, and she did an ok job. She worked in a majority black salon, so I wasnt too worried.
I"m really looking for a quality, reasonably priced salon in the DC area for my permed hair.
I have dry scalp and some breakage, especially in the back of my hair, any suggestions?
