I think transfer students had it hard at Howard with financial aid, scholarship money etc. I don't know first hand but I remember friends complaining about it. Do your homework and HAVE YOUR PAPER WORK TOGETHER. I love HU with all my heart but the Admin sucked when it came to paper work etc. This unfortunately is a complaint from most HBCU.

I see you have Columbia listed. Do you know anyone there? Have you visited the campus? I ask because I think it would have that same "city...not a campus feel" as NYU.
