A few girls decided they don't like rules, so they deactivated from my chapter and started their own local "sorority". (I quote that, well, because they're not exactly taken seriously) Anyways, if they ever wanted to become a National, every ex-Phi Mu would have to be graduated.
And yes, NPC does state somewhere that you cannot be a member of two NPC sororities, and many individual NPC orgs frown upon that.
