They even make nurses aides pins that are almost identical to that of an RN or Lpn!

OMG honeychile I entirely agree. My mom actually got reallys nippy with a CNA tonight who was trying to pretend she was a nurse. My mom got all snotty on her and said "I have a BSDH and I work for a major medical corporation. You are not a nurse. I want a nurse.
NOW." The lady about peed her pants, but we got our nurse.
