When I've gotten pink and whites filled, they fill both pink and white. I used to work at a salon so hearing about them not filling the white is kinda weird.
The only difference I've noticed is when I go to a salon to get them done where the price is higher, and when I go to the cheap nail places (ex: the mall nail places). Either was is ok but you really have to be careful of where you go.
