I chose not to follow his eating plan (in favor of Weight Watchers) but I did see amazing results while on BFL. The only thing I didn't like about the plan was I noticed how my cardio fitness decreased when I limited my cardio to only 20 minutes per session. On BFL cardio days, I usually did 40 minutes instead of the 20 he recommended.
I'll have to library the other books - thanks (again) for the tip.
