Since someone here mentioned Girl Scouts, let's put it this way. If the person at Student Activities is very familiar with the Girl Scouts/Girl Guides system, then one can compare NPC to WAGGGS (World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts) and PC to say, Girl Scouts of America. I dunno.
