What did you tell her? When you say PC are you talking about a college Panhellenic Council or just a Greek Council? Why do you need to explain this to her (are you trying to start a Greek Council on campus?)
If she needs to know general info about NPC as a whole, look at their website at npcwomen.org. If you want to set up a Greek Council (not a College Panhellenic associated with NPC) then you should get some info from schools that have a Greek Council (and I'm sure there are plenty of GreekChatters here that can direct you to those schools or give you info!)
