I think you can do it on your own. You should try to just find a good online fitness community instead- one that is free, lol. About.com has a GREAT exercise forum, awesome moderator and people who are really serious about fitness (plus give EXCELLENT advice). The forum also is attached to a webpage that has a pretty comprehensive list of forms of exercise and workouts and links to nutrition websites.
