I don't think we are the only ones, but we are one of the few that have the same pins, and no choice of anything but the standard gold pin unless you have been active in the national level over 10 years, then you can have the white gold one. There are no extra jewels, perals, nothing, because the six pearls on our pin have to do with the six pearls you need to earn during the NM process
