I know which Katy you are talking about with all the badges! She works with headquarters, and was at my chapter in college to help us out with some finance stuff. Her collection of badges is amazing! She sometimes brings them with her and will sell some to girls who don't already have badges. She is pretty wonderful and really helped our chapter!
