Ruby Skye is definitely a bit older... i actually felt kinda uncomfortable when I went becuase I felt I was a bit young to be hanging out there... I'd say it's mostly early thirties... you get some younger people in there... but mainly it's a slightly older than college age crowd there... Def. a more upscale crowd though
Bubble lounge is Def. a more upscale older crowd as well.... more of a relaxed place like I said they serve you and stuff there.... no real dancing... it's like it says... a lounge... Ruby Skye on the other hand is a club... and they do play different music from Techno to Hip Hop

Sake Lab is a restraunt/bar/club... they have all different types of sake and Japaneese food... very lavishly decorated.. probably has the youngest crowd out of the three places I've told you about......but San Fran. is a very diverse city... I can generalize but there will ALWAYS be exceptions
Umm hate to tell you but ...these aren't like "gay bars" that I've directed you to but I'd bet there will be a gay person or two there.. (just like any other city)

look at the websites if you have any questions about the places I've mentioned, but yeah I'd say if you want a club Ruby Skye.. if you want a place where you can just get a drink and talk and chill... but it's classy... I suggest Bubble Lounge. Both are fairly dressy places. Sake Lounge is more casual attire wise... and a bit more "crazy" than bubble lounge... but fun... any more Q's let me know...
