Well actually my family is from the south (no...not a trailer park...but from the deep south) and my parents have had raccoon before.
My father goes out and kills and it and my mom skins it, cleans its, and then cooks it in a pressure cooker.
I've never eaten it before, but I guess it doesnt take bad...and hey...at least it's not possum
Its rough to be a northerner with country parents lol...
