I think you should get over the inferiority complex you seem to have. I don't understand why you seem to think that people on THIS BOARD have it in for smaller orgs. Yes, there have been comments made as to how people have perceived "smaller glo's." But, I firmly believe you are making your situation into a self-fulfilling prophecy... You seem to tell everyone that your org can't get any respect. Well, stop whining about it and do something productive toward the cause. I feel as though you are so used to saying how your org can't get respect that you have begun to believe that your org isn't respected and in turn are giving everyone here the idea that your org can't get respect.

My mother always told me that if I didn't respect myself, nobody would bother respecting me either.

Just because people might never have heard of Phi Sig shouldn't be of great concern... A lot of my sisters, such as myself, had never heard of ZTA until we went to a college where they were on campus. It has a lot to do with where your chapters are located.

You are a part of a great GLO. And, I hate to see a fellow Greek
so upset.

ETA: I don't think anyone disputes that all GLOs are great contributors in their philanthropy. And, I don't think anyone would say that the so-called smaller glo's don't do any good for the community.
Question: If you are sure that something will offend someone, why write it?
