I'm pretty sure that when i think of Reagan, i consider him one president, regardless of the fact that he served 2 terms. The same for FDR, he served 3+ terms, but he's still one president.
Just admit you made a mistake, it's much easier. Besides, if you go one Democrat past Kennedy, you come to Truman, who was from Missouri, also not a southern state. FDR, before him, was another Democrat, albeit from New York. In order to find the 4 last Southern Democrat Presidents, you have to include Clinton, Carter, LBJ, JFK and then back to Woodrow Wilson. Although Wilson ran for governor of New Jersey, he was born in Virginia and was by that fact, "technically" a southerner.
