hello all,

with regards to metabolite.........NO, NO, NO
i can not stress that enough. it makes your body work harder then it has to and has not been tested by the fda. also a few weeks ago there was a special on the news about a girl that took it and had a premature stroke.

weight lose.. there is no quick fix, you have to modify your behavior and do this for the rest of your life. also exercise is very important. if you are trying to lose weight then you must exercise 3x weekly for 45min -1 hour. if you are trying to maintain then exercise is to be done 3x weekly for 30 min.

also you need to find out what your max requirements are for calories, protein and fat and not exceed them. this will help: www.cyberdiet.com click on nutritional assessments. and remember that weight loss should never be more than 1-2 pounds weekly.
