Carebear, how tall are you? You need to take a lot of things into consideration before you start a weight loss program. Are you exercising? If not, you run the risk of losing muscle mass in addition to any fat that you may lose. Also, how much metabolife are you taking? The combination of too much metabolife and too little food (along with NO exercise) will not produce lasting results, but may very well produce lasting side effects.
