I love to see that my Sorors are so well versed in all aspects of living, but do you really expect less from a DELTA Woman?

Anyhow, Deltabrat, that was some fabulous advice. I began a training regimen about two months ago. I am a relatively small person, but the weight that I do have settles in my breast and stomach. The breast part I don't mind so much

, but the stomach can be a pain. Members of my Chapter, (The brainchild of my Sands, Delta4Life) have started a Delta Stepaerobics Program. When we say step aerobics we mean STEP aerobics! We take some of the basic moves from greek steps and incorporate them into a routine. You undergrads know that practicing for a stepshow is some of the best exercise around! Older Sorors, give it a try and in no time at all not only will you be in shape, you may be able to give some of the younger Sorors a run for their money in the local step competitions!
