I appreciate all that you said in your response to this topic! Now, my problem is that I LOVE BREAD! I honestly don't think I can live without it! I can do without chocolate and kool-aid and sodas and candy and and all types of meat, as long as I have bread in my life! I've been known to kill an entire loaf in one sitting-- just plain ol' bread with nothing on it or with it! Crackers are the only suitable substitute I'll accept in the absence of some soft bread!
Knowing that carbs and starches can act as catalysts for fat, what dieting advice can you give me that doesn't involve giving up bread completely?
