I have a question for you. My mom wants to lose weight, but she is 56 yrs old and basically hips run in our family. She walks 2 miles or more everyday, but she skips breakfast sometimes and then has large portions of lunch or dinner. I told her breakfast is the most important meal of the day and she cut her portions down to 5 smaller meals instead of 2-3 large meals a day. Am I correct to tell her this?
