I'm sticking with my original answer: short!
Some guys look ruggedly handsome with long hair (like Viggo in LOTR), but the majority of guys with long hair just look unkempt to me.
I can handle guys' hair being a little long, but when you can start using the same ponytail holders that I use... well, that's a bit much.
