I guess I understand wanting the bride to be the most beautifull women there, but think about the pictures. Would it be a good (or even nice picture) if the BM looked ugly? I don't think so.
As some one said, when I get married I will make my BM go to Davids bridal and pick there dress in said color. I would have to approve, but other wise they can decide on cut and what not.
