Only Council and Cabinet offices are upper case. Collegiate and alumnae offices (including directors) are lower case. Three exceptions: vice-president: Panhellenic, vp: Foundation, and Webmaster. For proper titles and terms, please refer to

Of course, use common sense! If you have a director of
ANCHORA/public relations, then you write the magazine title in all caps and italics...we may be doing some discussion on this issue...and "Web" is capitalized and "Web site" is two words.
