My story is a little embarassing, but it's the truth...

Delta Zeta was considered the "best" house on campus and was filled with cool, smart and beautiful women. Being overweight, I never thought I'd be "good enough" to be a DZ (or a member of any sorority, for that matter). The sororites seemed untouchable to a plain and pudgy girl like me, when all the houses were filled with the most popular women.

One day my boyfriend (who was a TKE) was trying to convince me to rush. He said that he'd give me $100 if the sorority girls turned out to be as bad as their reputation. So... I went through rush and no one cut me! I found the most wonderful women in the world inside the DZ house and they made me believe in myself. 17 years later, I couldn't be prouder of my sisterhood!!! You guys are the best!!!
