HM, guess it just boils done to having so many Letters In the Greek Alphabet!
Of course, the Greek Organizations whom start out with with State, Name, Alpha, Beta etc. will never have these problems. But the ones Such as LXA that go by the Greek Designation ergo will always have duplicate designations from other Organizations!
