I don't know if increasing post count was ever the overriding factor in posting in those threads in fairness. The posters in this thread so far have generally been people well involved in the other forums too; active alums; founders, active brothers/sisters etc. They were fun, harmless (IMO), threads and their popularity stemmed from their availability as a tool to have fun with in the chitchat forum which is a place to kick back and have fun in rather than merely a way to have a higher post count. Which, once you get to be a 'senior member', doesn't amount to a hill of beans.
