Actually, I enjoyed Big Brother for the sole reason that the people are getting along.

Real World has gotten twisted. I stopped watching during the Hawaii season. How are you going to have a woman with an illness such as alcoholism and sexuality issues (didn't she start to like men after a while?) and throw her to the wolves like that?

MTV is only about ratings shares, and they hurt people.
As far as black folks on "reality" shows, it never works out.
1. Remember Glynis? After she got kicked off Road Rules (unfairly, I might add) she died back at home. They threw a homeless woman, who kept it real, back out onto the streets, when they could have saved the situation, and helped her out.
2. David: was he really that dangerous, that a sad, self-hating black woman who is just about getting paid to lie down

and her white woman instigating friend

, and a SHERIFF's DEPUTY (a woman as well who wasn't there) felt he had to go, after Tammi and Beth STARTED that fateful tussle?
3: Syrus, the bruh from Boston: he was an OJ Simpson type to me, and ethically corrupt. You're supposed to be taking care of the children at your daycare center, not dating their mothers or getting drunk and leaving them at a conference to go party. Loser.
4: The guy from Seattle: forgot his name, but uhhhh, ISSUES. Nuff said, slapping some psycho heffa in the head cuz she called you gay. UH DUH!
I could go on, because I used to be addicted to these shows, but let's just hop to Big Brother: "Mega" William acts ignorant, and starts out trying to holla at Brittany, feeding into the undersexed stereotype that my fine brothers must fight everyday. Cussin up a storm, acting a fool, playing pranks on people, hitting on the beauty queen. Whateva! he won't last.
All the tight people of color are gotten rid of quickly, because that is not what White America wants to see. They don't want their antiquated misconceptions of us to be blown away by reality. Dynamic sistas and brothas are threats: gotta get them out of the public eye, so we can show America the Saffires and Amoses, OJs and Whoopis.
Alright, I've vented for this week. LMCBO
