I hit a patch of ice going about 15 mph and hit a cement viaduct in March 2002. The car had $6800 worth of damage and the blue book value was $7200 so they fixed it. Two weeks after I got it back, I came out of a store to find the back end had been rammed, huge dent in the trunk. No note, no witnesses, no tapes, nothing! I'd already gotten a notice about the insurance going up due to the first accident so I wasn't about to put in a claim on this one! Paid $750 out of pocket to get it fixed after about 6 months of looking at it and fuming every day!
