Well, we don't know the full story as to why the pin was sold from the estate. Maybe the owner passed away without stating what she wanted done with these items, and the family sold the things no one wanted or needed. I am curious what prompted this seller on eBay to purchase it. Had they seen other items being auctioned off at a high price because the members of the organizations wanted to "keep it in the family", and it was a quick way to make money?? I wonder how much the person actually paid at the estate sale.

Just remember, the pin, knowing the secrets, having the books, or whatever else, will NEVER make you a member of Delta! These things, if possessed, might seem to have its benefits to a person who isn't committed to the actual cause, but they are found out sooner or later. Also, remember that there are non members who have access to all of these items on the daily basis (workers at HQ). Yes, these items are important and held dear to those of us who are members, but it goes deeper than this.
