Pretty much the same thing.
I usually smile and say "Well that's not a very Christian thing to say."
One girl on my track team in high school (a public school, mind you) was really into asking people if they'd been saved. I started telling her that my boyfriend was a lifeguard, so I didn't worry about that. I don't think she knew what to do.
