I don't think things like condoms, BC pills, the morning after pill, RU-486, etc, etc are the the cause of promiscuity in some. People are going to have sex.
Some people will listen to the pro-abstinence sex education for various reason, ie. religion, health, etc. Some people will listen to what is being taught in other sex education classes. Ie. I will have sex but I will do everything in my power to protect my self and my partner. And some kids will be, "sex is fun..woohoo!!! I'm invinciable and nothing can stop me!!" These are the kids that will never listen...to anything!!! They are the ones that don't care and you can never change your mind.
I do have a question though. If they do eventually let you get the morning after pill over the counter, will you be able to buy the birth control pill over the counter too?
