On behalf of the thousands of Iota Men Nationwide, I would like to thank all of our Sorors and Fraters in Greekdom who came out to support Iota Phi Theta at our International Headquarters Dedication festivities this past weekend ... as well as
all of the well-wishers on Greekchat!
In addition to the Headquarters Dedication, Iota Phi Theta was pleased to announce our
Digital Heritage Initiative. In collaboration with
Africana.com and Microsoft Corporation, each of the Fraternity's chapters nationwide will donate a copy of the highly acclaimed
Encyclopedia Africana to a school in its area.
For each copy of the Encyclopedia donated by the Fraternity, Microsoft will donate 10 copies of
Encarta Africana, the CD-ROM multimedia version of the encyclopedia.
Additionally, each of the recipient schools will receive proprietary access to custom learning resources on the Africana.com website. The total value of the donation will exceed $100,000.
Iota Phi Theta is justifiably proud of our most recent accomplishments but will always strive to uphold our motto of
