Let me first commend you on your progress to date. Reading In Search of Sisterhood is a wonderful way to be introduced to our sisterhood. I learned so much from that book. I would also recommend surfing the net and looking at different websites that DELTAs have put together.
I understand you wanting to know the status of whether or not the chapter at your school is under suspension. My recommendation is to wait until school starts to find out. Some might say call our national headquarters but I know that right now they are busy getting ready for our national convention. IF (I stress the IF) you are good friends with a Delta on the campus and feel that you can talk to her, then if you feel comfortable enough you can ask her but my BEST ADVICE is to wait until school starts and find out.
