In my chapter I've held several positions:
Assistant Secretary: almost a corresponding secretary position. I sent out thank you notes, flowers and things like that. I liked this position because it's fun to write notes to other chapters!
Recruitment Interest Group Captain: We were in charge of anything that our Recruitment chair and VP Social needed help with.
Recording Secretary: As recording secretary you take the minutes for meetings, plan pledging and initiation ceremonies, take attendance, turn in the roster and the bylaws. I enjoyed my time on exec, but at the same time this position was really stressful since it is a lot of planning!
Chairman of the Bylaws Committee: this was exactly what it sounds like
pretty cut and dried! lol!
For the Panhellenic Association I'll be the VP Finance for the upcoming year. I can't wait to gain a new experience even if I have to disaffiliate!
