In DG....
VP Member Education (2001) - I loved this office because I got to be involved with the new members during their NM period. During the fall semester we doubled our size and had 32 new members which was really hard to keep track of but was also really rewarding. I also had to provide programs for the chapter in order to educate them on things like finance, wellness, etc.
VP Membership (2003) - Being in charge of recruitment is one of the hardest and most stressful things that someone can do, however, it is rewarding once you see the results. My favorite part of this office was planning for preference because I got to make it perfect and decorate it exactly how I wanted it. Since it was my last year, I just wanted everything to be memorable. The most stressful was getting everything organized in time to turn lists into Greek Life for invites....we were late a couple times but oh well....no biggie.
Member-at-Large Honor Board (2003) - I enjoyed this office because I was able to help members who needed it and see what our standards board was all about. The thing that really upset me about being in this office was seeing my great grand little terminate from the chapter.
I wish that I would've taken more offices in the chapter, but I'm glad that I didn't take one my first active year and also that I took my third year off because it gave me a chance to get involved on campus Panhellenic and in other organizations on campus.
