I am a nursing student, but my guess is totally my own opinion! It sounds to me like the flu. With a fever, some body aches with headaches, and changing from cold to hot...sounds flu like to me. I apparently had an upper respiratory flu and had most of the same symptoms except I had tons of coughing. If things haven't gotten back to normal yet, get yourself to the doctor!
