I just think there are a lot of people mis-understanding what the Atkins is all about, therefore not receiving their proper nutritional requirements. If you are getting a balanced diet, getting the nutritional requirements you need, and living a life that you enjoy, then rock and roll, get some exercise and you are cool. Moderation is key, do not eat too many carbs, do not eat too many meats, do not drink too many sodas, do not eat to many apples. ANything in excess is unhealthy, One or two will not hurt, in fact, they are healthy. Be moderate, be smart, be happy, and be healthy. All 4 are important. I have done some recent research into the Atkins, nad it apppears, as I said above, that the revamped version is much healthier. Stay natural, stay moderate. If the new Atkins is your deal, rock on, but make sure you understand it. You cannot just sit around and eat sausage sticks and drink half & half. That is suicide. It sounds like Russ knows his stuff, am I making sense russ?
