I am so sore, ya'll.

I'm the kind of sore that you forget about until you go to stand up at work, or put your pants on, or to get out of the car... It's a very good feeling. I've missed it.
I did Tae-Bo yesterday and Pilates today. Tomorrow, I think I will hit the gym for a good 45 minutes of cardio.
