I'm first generation Canadian. Both my parents are from Hong Kong by way of south eastern China (mostly, anyway). My grandmother on my mom's side grew up in the then Portuguese colony of Macau (aka The Vegas of Asia), but her dad was an orphan. Otherwise, I'm mostly southern Chinese (although I have one or two ancestors from the north/Beijing area). No known southeast Asian or European blood, but you never know.
