I agree with you, but I just don't see a reason to mention it. The girl makes ok booty shaker music. I dont listen to it for emotional depth.

For what it is, it's aight. Her singing ain't great, but she IS a compelling performer. When she's on a stage people want to watch her. There's no point in criticizing the girl for not being something she has absolutely no ability to be.

There is so much other music that I do enjoy - I dont mind her going for her slice of the pie. She doesn't offend me since I dont think that finding her musi blandly dancable is a crime. If anything I GREATLY admire the marketing savvy that goes into putting her together. I dn't know if she is the evil genius behind it or if she is dumb as a doorknob, but Britney has made herself into a businessswoman.

That I can always appreciate.
