Reference the story of Onan (in Genesis, I think) about him spilling his seed (while on a date w/ Rosie Palms and her 5 sisters) and it being an abomination. And then there's the sermon where Jesus says that if you lust for a non-spouse w/ your heart or eyes (or any other part, I'm assuming) that it is a sin. So I would say that oral sex (or any kind of touchy feely) out of wedlock is a sin, according to the Scriptures. Any guesses on if it's a no-no if you are married???
