I think this is an oversimplification, if not outright bullshit.
Some groups DO take anyone that will sign a bid. I think it's been a while since Dave Westol has seen rush happening and met some of the wabols that participate. If you think bigger always equals better - in caliber of members and more importantly, in the quality of each member's Greek experience - I've got a bridge I'd like to sell you.
