Reese did her research at the USC DG house--I haven't seen it yet--tomorrow night I am--but she's been widely quoted in the media as saying her character is based on USC sorority girls and there's not a chapter of DZ at USC. If you go to
www.legallyblonde.com and do the make a postcard section, there's a quote that says something like "Choosing the wrong sorority can ruin your whole life--choose the best--Delta Gamma." Oh, and the USC DG chapter is Alpha Nu chapter of DG, so it makes sense that its Delta Nu.
