I lived in the house for 2 years, and I loved it. While living in may not be for everyone, I definitely recommend it. I can relate with you about the closet space--but you just learn to deal with it and it all works out. I probably had the most clothes out of everyone in my sorority and I managed. I also had a lot of stuff that I had to cram in my room, but when you're faced with the challenge, you'd be surprised at how much stuff you really don't need (and just leave the unnecessary stuff home).
