I agree. I didn't see the part of the tape where he attacked the officers first, only the part where he is on the ground with his hands up in a motion trying to protect himself from the blows. My question is....don't police carry pepper spray?!?! Why didn't they just spray him and then aprehend him? That would have made more sense than to beat the poor man to death.
