I went to my 20 year reunion in October and had a blast! I split a hotel room with one of my best friends since grade school and she left her hubby at home with her kids, so it was like an old fashioned slumber party. One of my other best friends flew in from California but did have her boyfriend with her. What surprised me the most was that the women all looked the same but I didn't recognize most of the men without looking at their name tags. I had an absolute riot reminiscing about Spanish Club camping trips, learning how to play euchre in Physics class, etc. I also learned a couple things about myself. I was talking to one guy for a long time.. the one who taught me how to play euchre and his friend was standing there. I introduced myself and told him I didn't think we'd had each other in any classes and he says "Yeah, I was in that physics class too, but I was pretty much a wall flower and didn't talk much". I said "I was a wall flower too in high school". Both of them started laughing hysterically at that comment. I said "I wasn't?" and they both said "No way". I found that interesting because I felt like I was very self conscious and introverted in high school and didn't come out of my shell until college but that wasn't how I was perceived at all.

Anyway, with a class of over 700, I didn't know everybody at the reunion and we had about 350 people there (including dates/SOs). I did have a great time talking with some friends from wayyyyyy back and I'm so glad I went!
