A barber/ music producer/ rapper wannabe applies for a job as an electrician and then when he doesn't get the job he plays the race card and cries racism. Typical.

His comment dealt with the problem of it you are a minority that can speak standard english, over the phone, some people assume that you are white. Then, when you meet then in person, they are "shocked" to learn that you are not.
