Ditto. And you'll save money too. Buy yourself some thin sliced bread, some deli-sliced turkey, chicken, ham, or roast beef, and pile that sandwich with lots of dark green lettuce (arugula is great on a sandwich) and other veggies. Use low-fat salad dressing, mayo, or different kinds of mustard instead of higher fat condiments, and bam - low fat sandwich.
Buy small (soft-taco sized) tortillas and fill them with deli meat, veggies, and top with salsa.
And if you just won't make it yourself - the BK sandwich isn't the worst choice you could make, but there are better ones than that (Subway low-fat subs, a grilled chicken sandwich without honey mustard or mayo from Wendy's).
