A grilled chicken salad with low fat dressing or better yet, no dressing is a good pick. For hot lunches, you can go to your local chinese food place and get steamed veggies with white rice- add some soy sauce, or brown sauce on the side, and you've got a really filling hot meal (I would add some protein to it, but I don't know what your diet is like).
I do Subway a lot too. Great chicken picks there that are hot, or cold cut sandwiches that can be great as long as you are careful with your toppings.
I would discourage anyone from eating at BK. Studies have shown it to be the dirtiest chain restaurant out there (most citations by the dept of health), and given the things I have seen at some Mcdonald's, that must be pretty damn bad.
