TUNA, and lots of it! Tuna may not necessarily be low in fat, but at least it's low in calories and carbs. Plus it's good for you. But don't drown your tuna in mayo - that just adds back what you took away. Instead eat it plain, or try it with mustard (my personal fav). They also have to flavored tuna you can get in the fresh packs. I hear those are awesome!
